Website analytics and your choice

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand website visits and which pages lead to calls or enquiries. On our standalone landing page, the same choice also controls the Meta Pixel used to measure page visits from Facebook campaigns. This helps us improve navigation and service information.

We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, NDIS numbers, disability or medical information, participant details, form contents, or other personal or sensitive form values to our analytics tools. Successful enquiries are counted only as anonymous event totals.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time by selecting Analytics settings at the bottom of the website. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the website or submit a form.
