Ipswich and western Greater Brisbane
A clear local pathway for participants, families and support coordinators seeking personal care, community access, complex support, respite, SIL or accommodation assistance.
Support for everyday life
Treasure Disability Care welcomes enquiries from NDIS participants, families, support coordinators and health professionals across the Ipswich region. We begin by understanding what support is needed, where it is required and what a safe, useful service would look like for the participant.
Every service is subject to participant choice, funding, a suitability and risk assessment, appropriately skilled workers, travel feasibility and current capacity. Advertising a service does not guarantee an immediate start or placement.

Important Queensland scope
Specialised Substitute Residential Care is not included in this Queensland service page. Treasure Disability Care is not approved to provide SSRC in Queensland and will not accept or advertise an Ipswich SSRC placement.
Respite or STA is a separate support pathway. Enquiries can be reviewed only where the participant’s age, funding, safety needs, environment and applicable Queensland requirements are suitable.
For support coordinators and hospitals
For the quickest initial review, include the participant’s Ipswich suburb, age, requested supports, plan dates, preferred schedule, communication, mobility, medication or clinical needs, behaviour support information, risks and desired start date.
For hospital discharge or placement breakdown, include the discharge time frame, current care requirements, accommodation position and the minimum controls needed for a safe transition.
