Daily Personal Activities
Respectful help with showering, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, medication routines and personal care tasks.

Albury and NSW border communities
One place to discuss daily living, community access, complex support, respite, SIL and accommodation pathways for participants living on the NSW side of the Albury–Wodonga region.
Border-region support planning
Albury and Wodonga operate as one connected community, but provider arrangements and service coverage do not always cross the state border. This page focuses on Albury and nearby NSW communities so participants and referrers receive accurate information.
Cross-border requests may still be discussed, but no Victorian service is promised without a separate regulatory, workforce and capacity review.

Support for local appointments, shopping, social activities, skill development, confidence and community connection.
Participant-led assistance with household routines that support a safe, comfortable and more independent home.
Help with approved transport-related activities, appointments and community access connected to NDIS goals.
Support enquiries involving positive behaviour support implementation, structured routines and psychosocial disability.
Careful review of clinical, competency, communication and risk requirements before higher-level support is accepted.
Conversations about Supported Independent Living, SDA, vacancies, household compatibility and safe transitions.
Short-term support enquiries for eligible participants, subject to plan funding, a suitable environment, staffing and capacity.
Older people, veterans, families and referrers can discuss community care or nursing needs and local eligibility.
Honest service boundaries
We review the participant’s goals, funding, support schedule, health needs, risk information, communication, worker competencies, travel and preferred start date. This gives families and coordinators a realistic answer.
NSW-side coverage
Enquiries may come from Albury, North Albury, East Albury, South Albury, West Albury, Lavington, Thurgoona, Glenroy and nearby NSW border communities. Requests involving Wodonga or other Victorian locations require a separate service-area review.
